Reservations & Cancellations
To ensure every guest is able to reserve their desired service time and date, we have established a cancellation policy. Three days prior to your appointment, you will receive confirmation of your appointment through email and text message, at which time you may reschedule or cancel your appointment if needed. A credit card is required for all appointments booked online or over the phone. If the guest cancels or "no shows" on the day of appointment, the guest will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. If you would like to avoid giving a credit card number, you may make an appointment in the studio as a "walk in" the day of, as long as the esthetician has time available. Gift cards are non-refundable.
